Directions: Add 2-3 heaped tablespoons to a running warm bath and soak for a minimum of 15 minutes.
We recommend mineral bathing at least 2-3 times per week for optimum results. Alternatively, add 1-2 teaspoons to a warm foot bath and relax for a minimum of 15 minutes.
